International Customers

A note for our US customers: USPS have temporarily suspended their First-Class Mail and Priority Mail standard services to Australia due to an increase in parcels/backlog. USPS Priority Mail express is running as normal. 

 

We are now posting with DHL!! Get your parcel faster than ever before! All international orders are registered & require a signature upon delivery unless request otherwise by customer. If in the instance customer has requested delivery without signature - Billy J can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen goods. In the event that an attempted delivery is made and signature could not be obtained, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Billy J is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order and do not offer refunds for these costs. If you refuse to pay customs fees and parcel is returned to us the customs fee will be deducted from your Store Credit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact your local customs office or our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

Delivery times from time of dispatch are typically 5 -10 days through DHL Express. Please note estimated delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.  

NOTE: Sometimes parcels can take longer than expected to arrive for international orders, depending on your postal service and customs clearance times. We are not responsible for this and customers need to be aware that we will not refund orders that take longer than expected.
